- Friday, 11/17 from 4:45 pm to end (ca 10-11 pm) – 2 Prelim rounds
- Check In: 4:45 pm in the Benson Center Lobby
- Dinner/Breaks: None scheduled
- Saturday, 11/18 from 7:30 am to end (7-10 pm) – 3 Prelim rounds & Double Octo finals
- All Debaters: 7:30 am in the Benson Center Lobby
- Breaks: 10-Noon, 2-4 pm, 6-8 pm
- Sunday, 11/19 from 9:30 am to end (9-10 pm) – 4 Elim final rounds
- Finalists: 9:30 am in the Benson Center Lobby
- Lunch: Noon-2 pm
- Awards: 4 – 5 pm

Tournament Prep (optional):
- Thursday, 11/16 from 3:15 – 6 pm
- Hillview Middle School – Room B11
- Arriving late and leaving early ok
- Bring a device for online prep
Participation Requirements:
- Students need permission from Coach Brier to attend.
- Students must register by the deadline.
- All fees must be paid by Thursday, 11/9/17.
- Judging Requirement: Each TEAM needs to have 1 adult, who will be available to judge all rounds.
- Judges need to be available: Fri. 11/17 from 4:45 pm – 10 pm, Sat. 11/18 from 7:30 am – 10 pm and Sun. 11/19 from 9:30 am – 9:30 pm.
- Guardian Requirement: 1 adult may the Guardian of 4 Debaters. Each Debater needs to have 1 adult present, who will be responsible for them while at the tournament. The Guardian does not have to be a parent.
Fees:
- Per Student (covers: entry, Coach’s lodging & time + if applicable hired judge):
- Providing Judge: $165
- Hiring Judge: $345
- Late Payment Fee: $30
- No refunds for canceling hotel or hired judge and dropping out!
